Today, Nike confirmed the return of #LeBronWatch, a program created in 2018 that gave fans access to the Player Exclusive sneaker colourways worn by LeBron James throughout each season. To date, LeBron Watch has consisted of special make-ups of its current gaming shoe inspired by classic Nike sneakers or LeBron versions of the past. This season it looks like we’ll have a chance to own some of James’ older PE models.
A few moments ago, James took to Instagram to preview this year’s first LeBron watch, which turned out to be the Nike LeBron 8 V / 2 âGraffitiâ. While there was some initial confusion as to whether this meant an actual release of the model or an interpretation of the LeBron 18’s colourway, official Nike images and graphics suggest that a release of the LeBron 8 V / 2 full family size could take place on Saturday 23 January.

The LeBron 8 V / 2 “Graffiti” first surfaced in 2011. James wore the shoe at the Goodman League vs. Melo League show during the NBA lockout that season. As of yet, there is no confirmed release date or time, but the Lakers and Bulls are expected to give their opinion at 9 p.m. EST tomorrow night. We will keep you posted as more information is revealed.
UPDATE (1/23): If you were locked into the SNKRS app trying to get Notre’s or âCNYâ Air Jordan 5 Lows Nike Dunk collaboration this morning, you might have been lucky. The shock of the app dropped the LeBron 8 “Graffiti” and quickly sold out. At this time, it is not known whether they will restock or not.
