As prolific for his sneakers as he is for his career, LeBron James has been making headlines for the past few weeks – and rightly so, as the athlete recently won his fourth of many other NBA titles to come. And at the same time, it looks like its signature Nike lineup is poised to rival such news as it brings back an icon from the past: the ever-loved and elusive LeBron 8 “South Beach.”
Originally released in the fall of 2010, the offering is relaunched after more than a decade. While there may be some subtle changes to the build, we can easily assume a close to 1:1 spec, with all the vibrant Miami-inspired colors. The signature aqua blue hues will almost entirely cover the upper, stopped only by oversized swooshes and eyelets in a dark neutral black. Filament Green dresses the tread in a subtle neon hue, while the much brighter Pink Flash offers a more immersive nightlife experience.
Take a look at the original here, and if you’re looking to get a set for your collection, then start preparing for the rumored Spring 2021 release.
In other news, the Union Air Jordan 4 Off Black will finally release in the US this week.
