First Look at the Nike LeBron 18 Low “Stewie Griffin”

Although he is the star of Space Jam: a new legacy and a lawyer Looney Tunes fan, LeBron James has always had a soft spot for family guy – in particular Stewie Griffin, the maniacal little genius who is one of the most famous characters in the series. Now King James makes Stewie shine on his Nike LeBron 18 Low “Stewie Griffin”, a shoe inspired by an ultra-rare LeBron 6 PE.

Nike Basketball has often probed the depths of King James’ personality and hobbies for his signature releases, but what sets the “Stewie Griffin” apart from his counterparts is his fairly literal take on the Stewie aesthetic. . Looking straight out of a cartoon, the low-cut LeBron 18 features chunky black trims on its upper, as well as a red detail in the forefoot with a yellow ‘button’ graphic inspired by the iconic straps of Stewie.

The upper toes, tongues and eyelets take on a similar yellow tone, while the mudguard and heel clip provide a light blue undertone that takes inspiration from Stewie’s shoes. The rest of the upper of the shoe is dressed in white, the midsoles combine a React forefoot with an Air Max unit in the gray heel and blue / black laces combine the look.

As of this writing, the release date has yet to be announced. However, more information is likely to surface soon.
